We take your happiness as seriously as a cat chasing a laser pointer! If your purr-chase doesn't make you do a happy dance within 30 days of delivery, don't fret! We've got your back.

You can swap that not-so-purrfect item for another size or get a full refund - it's your choice, fur real! Just drop us a line at info@purrsandwhiskers.com, and we'll send you a prepaid return label faster than a cat pouncing on a feather toy.

Once we get your return, we'll work our magic and your refund will hit your credit card quicker than a catnap. It usually takes 3-5 business days, but that depends on your bank, not our kitty cat clock.

This effort is in partnership with The Cat House On the Kings, a no-kill no-cage cat rescue in our home state of California. The Cat House On The Kings helps more than 500 cats every year find a place to call home and we're very proud we can contribute to their mission of caring for pets in need!

Every year we contribute to numerous silent auctions and fundraising events hosted by no-kill rescues all over the United States. We provide merchandise for free to be offered to the participants and auctioned off while the proceedings go to the rescue organization hosting the event.
