How long does it take to receive an order?
Our processing time is 2-3 days. Afterwards, we mail your order with USPS Standard Shipping. Some of our products are made on demand, which increases the processing time. You can expect to receive these products within 3-4 weeks after placing an order. The product descriptions include a disclaimer if the product is made on demand and takes longer to ship.
Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?
No, at this time we only offer USPS Standard Shipping.
What is your return policy?
If you would like to receive a refund, make an exchange, or return a product, send us an e-mail at email@example.com with the order number as a reference. To be eligible for a return, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase in an unused condition. Check our return policy for more information.
The package did not include a receipt. Can I still return it or exchange it?
Yes, the order confirmation e-mail you receive after placing an order serves as your receipt.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift receipts?
Our fulfillment centers currently do not offer gift wrapping service. However, the package will not include a receipt, so if you are sending it as a gift to someone, they will receive the product without seeing the order amount.
Where can I find a tracking number for my order?
If you want to track your order, you can e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a tracking code and an order status update. Tracking information is available at the USPS website. However, keep in mind that the tracking updates can lag behind.
My order’s tracking information hasn’t been updated. Will I get it on time?
Prior to acceptance at your regional USPS branch, tracking information typically lags by about a week. This is why you may not see any updates when checking the tracking number online.
Will my order come in a single shipment?
Because we use different suppliers for different products, the items you ordered may arrive in different shipments.
Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately at this point we are not able to ship orders to destinations outside the US.
