Shipping and Returns
We ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping is free on orders over $50. Our processing time is 1-3 days. After we've processed your order, it will be shipped with USPS Ground Shipping. After your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with a USPS tracking number. To track your order please visit the USPS website.
We offer gift wrap for some of our products. If you would like to include gift wrap and a card to your order, click here. You can also add a personalized message at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges
Your full satisfaction with your purchase is very important to us. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund. You can also exchange an item for a different size within 30 days of receiving it.
If you would like to exchange or return an item, please e-mail us at email@example.com. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank. To return your product, mail it to: 12589 Cresta Way, San Diego, CA 92128, United States. The return shipping cost is non-refundable.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you've received the item you purchased, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
