Returns and Exchanges
We take your happiness as seriously as a cat chasing a laser pointer! If your purr-chase doesn't make you do a happy dance within 30 days of delivery, don't fret! We've got your back.
You can swap that not-so-purrfect item for another size or get a full refund - it's your choice, fur real! Just drop us a line at info@purrsandwhiskers.com, and we'll send you a return label faster than a cat pouncing on a feather toy.
Once we get your return, we'll work our magic and your refund will hit your credit card quicker than a catnap. It usually takes 3-5 business days, but that depends on your bank, not our kitty cat clock.
Now, we don't want to be the grumpy cat in the room, but if it's been more than 30 days since your furry friend received their new treasure, we can't work our refund or exchange magic. Sorry, but even cats have limits!
To keep the return paw-sitive, your item should be unused and in the same condition you received it. We wouldn't want you to return a toy that's been through a cat-tastrophe, after all!
Late or Missing Refunds:

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
